NEW CUSTOMER INFORMATION
Requests for electric connects or disconnects that are received in our office by 12 noon will be worked the same day, EXCEPT electric connects or disconnects that require outside work such as new construction or service entrance repairs. These will require additional time and will be scheduled in the order received or in the most efficient manner for the cooperative. Business customers call 907.842.5251 for business rates and charges.

*A good credit reference is a reference from another utility stating two consecutive years out of five of good payment history (no more than one late payment in a 12-month period)
