Unauthorized tree cutting will be considered a TRESPASS and person(s) committing such acts shall be subject to penalties under Alaska State Statute 09.45.730 for civil actions and/or Alaska State Statue Section 11.46.32 for criminal actions. Federal statue 62 Stat 7877; 18 USC 1853 also applies to trespass cases involving Native Allotments.
